Processing & Delivery Times We are dedicated to fulfilling and shipping your orders as promptly as possible.

• Crochet & Custom Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for creation and processing, plus an additional 1 week for standard shipping and delivery.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 1–2 weeks total for order processing and delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While Naiad NYC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier, we are always happy to assist you in tracking your shipment and getting you your order.
